A correlation matrix is a matrix displaying the relationship between a pair of data sets and serves as a general term to describe the fact that two (or more) variables are related. This correlation matrix displays the data that correlates the bahavior between protein and phage T7. The highest correlation is represented by the color red and the lowest correlation is represented by blue. According to the matrix, there is a correlation between the two, which is shown by the straight line of red blocks.
