A histogram is a graphical display of frequencies, shown as bars, that shows what proportion falls into each category. It is different from a bar graph because the bars are not separated from one another. In this histogram students' test scores are displayed. The height of the bars display how many students fit into each category. As shown, 4 students made a test score of 50-59, 6 made a score of 60-69,10 made a score of 70-79, 8 made a score of 80-89, and 2 made a score of 90-99.
